We want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your Woolino purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the tracking information is retained for your records until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
